Please note the following details about your stay at the Villas.

Standard Policies – 4 Rooms or less, non peak season

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: Reservations are guaranteed with the credit card provided. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking for all reservations.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Guest check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 A.M. Late check-out fees: $25/hour when not approved in advance.

GUEST CAPACITY: additional fees may apply for additional guests.

RATES: Guest room rates quoted cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months prior to arrival. Any exceptions must be in writing by Nauvoo Vacation Villas LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: (EXCLUDING JUNE & JULY RESERVATION): For reservations of three (3) rooms or less, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Refunds of your deposit will be made less a 20% cancellation fee. Reservations not cancelled within 72-hour of your check-in date will be charged for the full reservation. However, if we can book your rooms to another guest, you will no longer be financially responsible for any nights re-booked to another guest. Once you have checked in, your payment will not be refundable. You may not cancel any portion of your reservation or avoid full payment of a reservation by checking out early.

NO SMOKING/NO PETS:
 For the comfort of our guests all rooms are non- smoking and no pets allowed. A $250 fee will apply for smoking in the rooms or having pets in the rooms.

JUNE 15th – AUGUST 10th CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be 30 days prior to your reservation check-in date. Refunds of your paid deposit will be made minus a 20% cancellation fee. Once you are within 30 days of your reservation check-in date, our policy is that your deposit is no longer refundable & you are financially responsible for entire reservation. However, if we can book your rooms to another guest, you will no longer be financially responsible for any nights re-booked to another guest. You may not cancel any portion of your reservation or avoid full payment of a reservation by checking out early.

HOUSEKEEPING: Excessive housekeeping requiring more than two hours to clean things such as food stuck to the floors, walls, stove, and microwave, stains in carpet, etc., will result in guests being billed $25 per hour. Damages and cost for excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest who made the reservations.

The BBQ area is available on a first come, first served basis and may be used at your own risk. BBQ grills are charcoal. Children under the age of 18 may not use the grill without adult supervision.

Internet hookup is available in all rooms, including I.P. phones and/or routers. A $250 fee and all applicable repair costs for repairing or reprogramming the equipment will be billed to your Villa automatically for tampering with, unplugging, or allowing children to play with the equipment.  Due to changing P.C.I. compliance issues for networks, private wireless networks using our signal are strictly forbidden. Violations of this policy will result in you being accountable (legally and financially) for any and all damages associated with any breach of security.

Group Policies – 4 Rooms or more, large groups 10 or more rooms.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY: Groups are welcome here at the Nauvoo Vacation Villas LLC. A group reservation is 4 or more rooms. If you are having a family reunion, wedding group, tour group or work group we can accommodate up to 268 guests depending on how many guests per room/bed. Group reservations require an advanced payment of 50% of your total reservation amount, payable at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made with the general manager. This payment can be made by credit card, pre-approved check, or money order. Adjustments to your group reservation must be complete 30 days prior to your arrival, 90 days if you have 10 rooms or more. The balance of your account is due prior to or at check-in.

All computer devices using our internet signal on site are monitored and device unique MAC addresses are logged. Violations of this policy will result in you being accountable (legally and financially) for any and all damages associated with any breach of security. Due to extremely high bandwidth demands we reserve the right to limit or block streaming services for movies. NO illegal downloads.
