Nauvoo takes role in T.F.I.C. |
The Transportation For Illinois Coalition (T.F.I.C.) grassroots team of Labor and Business leaders led by Michael Carrigan, President of the AFL-CIO in Illinois, recently had a meeting with Congressman Phil Hare. The purpose of the grassroots effort is to build unity for Illinois. As Labor and Business come together we will be more productive in getting the necessary Federal Funding to create jobs in Illinois and provide the quality way of life for future generations to come. We must be able to keep pace with the needs of communities for roads, bridges while providing good jobs that make this state such a great place to live.
