Policies

Please note the following details about your stay at the Villas:

Standard Policies - 4 Rooms or less

Guaranteed Reservations. Reservations are guaranteed with the credit card provided. A deposit may be required for individual reservations during peak season.
Check-in/-out. Guest check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 A.M. Late check-out fees: $25/hour when not approved in advance.
Capacity. Additional fees apply for additional guests beyond the Villa capacity (see Villas).
Rates: Guest room rates quoted cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months prior to arrival. Any exceptions must be in writing by Nauvoo Villas.
Cancellations. 72-hour notification is required.
No Smoking/No Pets: For the comfort of our guests all rooms are non- smoking and no pets allowed. A cleaning fee of $50 per hour with a $100 minimum will apply for smoking in the rooms or having pets in the rooms.
Bar-b-que area is available on a first come, first served basis and at your own risk. Turn off the propane when not is use. Do not allow any hildren under the age of 18 to use the grill without your supervision.

Group Policies - 5 Rooms or more

Guaranteed Reservations. A 50% deposit on all group reservations is required. and the balance paid at check-in.
Check-in/-out. Guest check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 A.M. Late check-out fees: $25/hour when not approved in advance.
Capacity. Additional fees apply for additional guests beyond the Villa capacity (see Villas).
Rates: Guest room rates quoted cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months prior to arrival. Any exceptions must be in writing by Nauvoo Villas.
Cancellations. Deposits are forfeit for cancellation for any reason less than 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits are refunded for prior to 60 days before arrival minus a $50 or 3% (whichever is greater) credit card processing fee.
